Butler Co. Dems

“Raise less corn and more hell!” was a rallying cry for change from Mary Elizabeth Lease in the late 19th century in Kansas.

We are answering that call to action. We recognize the shift in our legislators: presently working hard for corporations, wealthy Kansans, and deep-pocketed political donors, yet hardly working for hard-working Kansas families.

Our Work

Butler County Democrats value honesty, transparency, protection of individual freedoms, and allegiance to constitutional rights and the rule of law. We expect nothing less from our elected officials. Our current priorities for the upcoming 2026 election: filling our Precinct Committee Men and Women seats and finding qualified candidates to fill every race on the ballot. We want to show a strong Democratic presence.

Our Butler County Executive Committee includes: Randy Quinn - Chair, Regina - Vice Chair, Becky - Secretary, and Patty - Treasurer.

We look forward to new faces and new ideas. Together, we will actively use our voice for change. We deserve better. Won’t you join us in raising some hell?
