Harvest Blue is a cooperative website platform hosted and administered by the Food and Farm Caucus of KDP PAC (Food and Farm Caucus). The cooperative website provides smaller Democratic county parties and related independent grass root Democratic organizations with a website home without the hassle of being their own webmaster. We also provide a forum for opinions and capacity-building ideas through our "Voices" section and other content. Website service to these other groups is provided without cost and is considered an in-kind donation from the Food and Farm Caucus.

The Food and Farm Caucus of KDP PAC is an independent ancillary organization recognized under the bylaws of the Kansas Democratic Party (KDP), with representation on the State Committee of the KDP. We operate independently of the KDP under our own bylaws. We are also a political action committee registered under state of Kansas regulations.
