No to Voter Suppression. No to Political Judges.

Kansas Democrats are speaking out loudly on two GOP overreaches intended to silence individual rights. At the national scale, the US House passed the so-called SAVE Act on 4/10 - a bill that adds huge hurdles to maintaining voter registration, all in the name of solving a problem that doesn’t exist. We need the Senate to say no. At the state level in Kansas, the GOP wants to punish the voters of Kansas and brave Supreme Court justices by politicizing their appointments with general elections for judges. Judges need to be above the fray of partisan politics if they can ever secure our freedoms. Kansans will have to put a No on this at the ballot box in August 2026.
