Meet Kansas Democrats in Oberlin!

The Decatur County Democratic Party, in conjunction with the Food and Farm Caucus, Thomas County Democratic Party , Norton County Democratic Party, and the Ellis County Democratic Party, is hosting every Democratic candidate seeking an office in 2026.
Where: Gateway Civic Center, 1 Morgan Drive, Oberlin, KS
When: April 11th, 9am to 3pm
This is a unique opportunity in western Kansas. The goal of these candidates is to find COMMON GROUND among all Kansans regardless of political affiliation. It will also be possible to register to vote at this event. Democrats, Republican and Unaffiliated voters are welcome to attend!

Lunch is being catered by Twisted Traditions. We are asking for a $10 donation towards the cost of each meal.
However, we know that this is a difficult time right now for many of us. If this $10 donation is difficult for you right now, please email Lorie. Lunch will be provided. Meeting these candidates and finding COMMON GROUND throughtout Kansas is invaluable, and we want you here! For the $100 category, you get two free lunches, your name on our sponsor display and pre-event publicity.
For the $200 to $400 category, for each $100, you receive a free lunch. For example, if you donate $300 as a sponsor, you receive three free lunches. In addition you receive a banner recognizing your support, your name placed on the sponsor display, pre-event publicity, and a display table and chairs.

For the $500 level, in addition to the free lunch per $100, banner, pre-event publicity and sponsor display, you get a framed certificate commemorating you as a Community Conversation Partner, a selfie frame for pictures with customers or constituents, plus a display table and chairs for use in the arena, and our heartfelt appreciation because we want to emphasize the importance of finding Common Ground among our candidates, constituents (regardless of affiliation) and businesses!!!!
